SHIPPING POLICY – FOOT NATIONS

At Foot Nations, we ship across the United States with full tracking and delivery guarantee. Our products are shipped directly from international distribution centers located in Brazil, Thailand, China, and Sweden.

🚚 Shipping Options

• Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days after shipment

📦 Processing & Handling

• Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery via USPS or 4PX

⚠️ Please note: During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or major sporting events), delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, logistics congestion, or postal service disruptions

✅ Delivery Guarantee

• Foot Nations guarantees the delivery of your order
• All packages are insured against loss and include online tracking

• If your package is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, we offer a full refund or reshipment — your choice

💬 If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates

💰 Import Duties & Taxes

• You will not be charged any import duties or customs fees
• If any fees are applied, they will be fully covered by Foot Nations

📍 Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

• If the order has not yet been shipped, you may request an address correction within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost

• If the order has already been shipped or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a $20 reshipping fee will apply

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after delivery, under the following conditions:

Accepted cases:
• Damaged or defective product
• Incorrect item received (wrong size, model, or customization)

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached

⚠️ Important Notes

• We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size selection (size charts are available on all product pages)
• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Refunds cannot be processed while the package is in transit
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
