📦 Damaged or Defective Products

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• After review, if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

⚠️ Return & Exchange Conditions

• We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection
• Personalized items and promotional gifts are not eligible for return or exchange
• Customized products (name, number, or patches) cannot be returned or canceled, except in case of defects
• Requests must be made within 7 days after delivery
• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories
• We do not accept items that show signs of misuse or requests made after the allowed period
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders lost due to incorrect address information are not the responsibility of Foot Nations

• Refund approval may take up to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item
• For credit card payments, refunds may take 30 to 90 days, depending on the provider
